fixes!
So this finished before I went to work... so i thought. I uploaded 3 separate versions of the web release and 2 of them didn't have any sound which I didn't catch at work during my lunch break. I don't know why I was in such a rush... nobody even has looked at this page yet lol. I guess I was just nervous someone would stumble upon it, see everything is fucking broken and move on. Well at least now I *think* not everything is broken!
The online leaderboard isn't super thought-out because I don't expect many people to play this so I didn't spend much time on it.
The front page still needs to be updated with more features that were added but I'm alright with it for now - everything is in the trailer and who likes to read anyway am I right?
At some point I hope to add some real boss fights to the game and perhaps the story. The story in the manual is of course, complete bullshit. I was thinking something like about how the NES cover of Mega Man looked. The in-game looked hero looked nothing like that and kinda just went with that idea.
I just wanted to see how well I - knowing jack shit about programming and only have play-tested games - could prompt grok to make what I want and also just to see what he can do. I am pretty impressed and this gives me a lot of ideas I'd like to have come to life! granted I can afford to do so.
Anywho, thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy the game!
